Relax With Reiki

Most people find a Reiki session to be a very relaxing experience.  As the tension melts away and is replaced by a warm flow of Universal Life Force Energy, blockages are cleared and balance returns both physically and energetically.  You are always the focus of the session!  You guide it by setting your intention (relief from tension, less pain, healing a relationship, or just being open to whatever is needed), then allowing the Universe to fulfill that intention for your highest good.

"I entered my first Reiki session with an open mind, never having had it before and not really sure what I wanted out of it or expected from it.  I had a half hours session during which I tried just to relax and see how things developed.  I do not relax easily so that in it self was a challenge.  During the session I relaxed to a degree and found that afterwards I released a lot of emotional energy.  This actually helped me then to tackle some domestic problems that were facing me.

My second session was the day before an interview and I feel that the energy helped me to have a positive outlook and be stronger and more alert mentally enabling me to give a good account of myself and securing the job.

So although I did not know what to expect I felt empowered and more able to deal with day to day life but also felt that by dealing with these things a weight was lifted off my shoulders"
